Recently, the “Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021” was signed into law on Dec.
27,2020 at U.S federal level. As part of this law, the PACT Act was amended to now
include electronic delivery systems (ENDS), in addition to cigarettes, smokeless, and
roll-your-own tobacco. The law is intended to prevent online sales to minors and
streamline tax compliance.

This act is referred to as the vape mail ban by vaping industry, but its effects will be much
more acute on online sellers since not only USPS is asked to profound new regulations
on shipping, but All the major privately owned shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx
and DHL voluntarily stepped back on mailing vape products to residential addresses in
accordance with the PACT Act.

Vapeshires has long been focused on compliance, and all of our sales are in strict

As we all Know, Vapeshires has paused the online sales due to the PACT ACT. Since USPS was supposed to declare a ban on shipping all ENDS ( Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems) by April 27th, 2021.
However, USPS has decided to postpone the declaration temporarily, and we are glad to inform you that we are resuming our online operations abiding by the laws with USPS adult signature required shipping option available as of now.

If you do not receive your order or shipment, contact the local post office for more details about the shipment. It is recommended to check with neighbors or nearby place or person.

Check parcel before you received it, if it is damaged don’t sign for it and return to the courier to return back. If you find damaged parcel after it is delivered please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the exclusion of the return/exchange policy.

Additional Restrictions and Flavor Bans

Chicago, Illinois, has temporarily banned the sale of flavored nicotine products, including menthol. This ban does not include flavored nicotine-free products.

Massachusetts has enacted a temporary ban on the online sale of flavored nicotine products, including menthol, and any product with a nicotine strength over 35mg.

Maryland has temporarily banned the sale of flavored disposables.

New Jersey has also banned the sale of flavored nicotine products, including menthol and any nicotine-free items (excluding tobacco).

New York prohibits the online sale of any vaping products that contain liquid.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has enacted a ban on flavored nicotine products, including menthol. This ban does not include nicotine-free liquid. The city also prohibits the online sale of e-liquid that contains nicotine salt.

San Francisco, California, has enacted a temporary ban on the sale of all vaping products.

Products sold at nominal cost are not allowed in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Customers in these states will be charged full price.

The following states/cities have enacted a temporary ban on the sale of flavored vaping products:

• Aspen, Colorado*
• Boulder, Colorado*
• Carbondale, Colorado
• Los Angeles, California*
• San Diego, California* (excludes tobacco-free nicotine and nicotine-free products)
• Rhode Island*

*Includes menthol

Additionally, if shipping to Boulder, Colorado, then you cannot purchase more than 2 electronic cigarettes in a 24-hour period or more than 4 vaping products in a 24-hour period.

Please note that due to Proposition EE, we have temporarily suspended sales to all cities in Colorado.

Flavored products are defined as any product that is not “tobacco” flavored. If the product you are trying to purchase is restricted in your state/locality, you will receive a message during the checkout process, and you will be unable to submit your order until removing the restricted product from your basket.

Refund is only available for the products that have been unused or new.

To avoid issues with a return in order to get a refund, the product must be returned to Vapeshires.com return center within 15 days of purchase or date of receipt.

The broken seal cannot be honored in order to issue the refund.
